Often when we think of old-time religion, our minds go back to the camp revivals and hymn sings of our parents or grandparents. But what if we took that phrase literally and went back to the oldest religious practices, say to the practices of the earliest Christians themselves? What might they have to teach us about the old-time religion and the life of faith in Jesus Christ?
Join us for worship in September as we start a new sermon series on the Letter of James, one of the oldest letters in the New Testament, as we explore that ‘old-time’ religion and what it might speak to us today.
Worship begins at 11am. All are welcome
